Crowfield Country House

Terms & Conditions

A valid credit or debit card is required to secure all bookings – this then constitutes a contract between you
and Crowfield House. Full payment will be required upon check out. We accept cash, and most credit and debit cards.


Cancellation Policy. In the event that you may need to cancel your reservation please notify us by telephone
and confirm in writing. Bookings cancelled with more than forty eight hours notice prior to the later check in time of 8.00pm will not incur any charges. Bookings cancelled with less than forty eight hours notice will incur the full charge of the booking. Earlier than scheduled check out time will be treated as a cancellation and the full charge will be taken.


Check-in / Arrival. Check in is available from 4.00pm – 6.00pm.  An earlier or later check in may be available with prior notice. Please note that no check in will be available after 9.00pm.
. Check-out. Rooms must be vacated by 11.00am on day of departure.

 Breakfast Time. Breakfast is served in the dining room at individual dining tables between 8.00am & 9.00am.


No Smoking policy. By law smoking is forbidden anywhere within Crowfield House. Smoking is permitted on
the terrace or the River garden.


Family Policy. We do not have family rooms and regret that we are unable to accept children.

 

Pet Policy. Although we are very much animal lovers, we regret that we are unable to accept Pets at Crowfield House with the exception of guide dogs.


Guest Registration. Under the immigration (Hotel Records) Order 1972. We are legally obliged to record the
details of all guests over the age of 16, including the date of arrival and departure, full name and nationality. We must also record the Passport number, place of issue and next destination of all guests who are not British, Irish, or Commonwealth citizens. All guests over the age of 16 must complete a registration form on arrival. These records will be securely kept for around twelve months.
Loss or Damage. Guests will be held responsible for the repair or replacement of any breakages, whether
accidental or malicious, caused by them to Crowfield House. loss or damage to guest’s property must be
reported to the proprietors immediately upon discovery, and guests shall make themselves available to assist,
should any reports be made by Crowfield House to the Police.


Right of admission. Crowfield House reserves the right to refuse admission and accommodation to any guest
if, on arrival, we suspect that they are under the influence of either alcohol or drugs, or are behaving in a
threatening, or abusive manner. We reserve the right to require a guest leave Crowfield House if he or she is
causing a disturbance, upsetting other guests or staff or generally behaving in an unacceptable manner.
